Resources for Students & Families

Calendar: We are now using Google Calendars to keep students, families, and our community updated on school events and important dates. Students have access to the calendars for the school and their classes through their Google Apps account and Chromebooks. Parents can also view and add our calendar.

Classes & Schedules: Students should use class websites to review agendas, resources, opportunities, and expectations.  Websites can be found through links in the staff directory. Our daily schedule is also available online.

Advisors & College Readiness
: Please contact your or your child's advisor with questions about the school, about academic growth and supports, or about individual opportunities.  Our Advisory program is designed so that each student has a specific adult advocate in the school, as such, they meet with students on a daily basis and have the best insight. If there are specific questions regarding preparation for college admission, please contact our College Readiness Coordinator, Tad Phippen Wente.

Lunch Program & Policies: We have seen many updates to the SASD Lunch Program and Menu in the last year. We are also excited to be able to offer breakfast before school each morning. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer students the choice of leaving campus for lunch. This is part of our culture based on trust. Starting April 4th, you may pay for your child's account using MySchool Bucks online meal payment system. 

Apparel: You can now get IDEAS apparel through our online store.
